CCAs & Educational Journey
New Town Secondary School
I graduated from New Town Secondary School in 2019. Since Secondary School, I enjoyed writing, speaking, and doing things related to social media.
I have been attending Essay Writing Workshop and Writing Competition and had the chance to publish my essay under the thINK writing mentorship programme
I participated in 7 different leadership camps such as the TOUCH leadership and mentoring program and the Youth Leaders Camp organized by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
As a Student Councilor as well as CCA leader, I also got lots of opportunities to facilitate and plan events in school and out of school.
I also had the opportunity to be the emcee for school events such as The Student Councillors Camp, Patrol Leaders Training Camp as well as The Girl Guides and Scouts Camp.
Had the opportunity to be the role model of the school and maintain exemplary conduct as a student councillor for 4 years.
Ngee Ann Polytechnic - Diploma in Mass Communications
I was the President of The FMS Society (FMSS), which is a student-run CCA that plans major internal school events and ensure a cohesive and inclusive environment for students.

As President, I was in charge of overseeing the different committees, guiding them and also settling disagreements and ensuring that all events run smoothly.
FMS Council Induction 2021
An event where my CCA collaborated with other FMS Agents, another CCA in the School of Film & Media Studies. We worked together to come up with interesting storylines and games.

This event taught me how to collaborate and work together with new people and share and communicate our opinions openly.
FMS Givesback 2021
FMS Givesback was a public charity event that aims to raise funds for NP Student Aid.
​
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the event was moved online and was planned to be a live stream event using platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
FMSS Wonderland: As The Carousel Turns

FMSS Wonderland was a fantasy-based event planned out and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was also shifted online but my CCA was able to overcome the online barrier and plan games online for participants to enjoy.
Freshman Orientation Programme 2022

Freshman Orientation Programme (FOP) is one of the most major event in our school where we welcome and plan events for the incoming new batch.
​
This 3 day long hybrid event taught me how to work under stress and how to be flexible whenever problems arises
I was also part of NP Ambassadors, which is the CCA known to be Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Marketing Arm.
​
I helped out in several flagship events and was part of various committees such as the Marketing Committee, Movie Trailer Team, Virtual Campus Tour Team, Welcome Team and also emceed for events like Parents Forum
​
My batch was the first batch to even have a Red Camo Lite, which was based fully online and even though it was not easy to make them feel welcome, we manage to achieve it as a team
